Q: Do your boxes come with learning materials that represent inclusion of all ethnicities & nationalities. Is February's box Black History and does May's box incorporate Cinco De Mayo, etc?Asked by Jade M., February 2021
Hi Jade. Thanks for your question. Our boxes are academically based and do not have monthly themes. The skills from each box build on each other from month to month. If you are looking for something more culturally themed, there are some other subscription boxes out their that focus more on those aspects.
Yet you could include books or worksheets that feature minorities like myself, as well as those in the LGTBQ community since you're on the side of inclusion. Your statement here is in stark contrast to your blog posts. You support welcoming in refugees, not having a border wall built, and no travel ban correct? Yet why not more representation of minorities in your product rather than just using them in photos as advertisement marketing tools?
Q: After, trying several others, we have decided that the preschool box is the perfect one for us! Since we have already completed the first box, A-D is there a way to pick up where we left off?Asked by Laura S., April 2020
Hi Laura,
If you reactivate your existing subscription it will automatically pick up from where you left off. If, for some reason, you started a new subscription just email us and we can set you up on the next box.
Q: We’ve had the subscription for awhile and love it! We don’t do activities daily so I have maybe 3 boxes we haven’t opened yet. Do the ever start to repeat themselves or is it a new box every month?Asked by Alexandra R., October 2021
The Preschool Box is a 12 month curriculum so once you hit box 12 which is our graduation box, your subscription will end. You will only ever get repeat boxes if you start a completely new subscription in which you will begin back at box 1.
Q: We've been getting the preschool box for 4/5 months now. I just got a notification that our subscription renewed. Does this mean we are starting over at A?Asked by Alexandra R., August 2021
Hello! A renewal means that your subscription will continue for another month (or 3, or 6 depending on what plan you selected). You will continue on from where you are at in the subscription unless you cancel and start a completely new subscription. In that case, it would start you back at box one.
