Thanks so much for your question! Unfortunately, I can't guarantee that any box will be free of specific allergens. I include some suggestions for substitutions to help those with specific allergies, but some boxes contain ingredients with those allergens. I would have a hard time finding some of this stuff at my local store and especially for the price. And I love that they do good things with a portion of the profit.

I think the boxes are great, but on the last box the delivery guy asked for an additional $48 to cover customs. I live in Canada, I already pay $25 for shipping. I wrote customer care and an auto bot answered my email. I still haven't been able to have a conversation with anyone to resolve this problem.

I love the idea of this box. However, compared to other subscription boxes, there really isn't much to it - a few spices, recipe cards and that's it. Way too expensive for what you get. I will not renew.
