I apologize, We have moved to another warehouse and your July order was printed along with your June order. This is why You have received two of the same June boxes. You may donate the extra box to your local Charity, Library, or you may give it to a friend or family member.
As soon as your July order ships in the first week of July, we will send you a new tracking number.

Hi Mara, we can absolutely do that. When you need an address change just email our service email address (you can find it on the website or inside Cratejoy), provide the new address and we are happy to update it for you. Have a wonderful day!

Yes, anytime you want to delay an order you may do so. Immediately after ordering please email our customer service and let them know what date you would like the first box shipped. They will then notify our warehouse and we will put your order on hold.

Hi Sue, you can do that one of three ways. One, you can subscribe and turn off the auto renew, two you can email our service address and ask us to cancel or you can just go into your account and cancel it after you subscribe but leave the shipment alone and we will still send it. I hope that helps!
