Hi, our Teen boxes include light makeup from time to time and perhaps a skin care product that the tween boxes would not. Also, when it comes to product or color options the teen box is a wee bit more sophisticated. There is not a tremendous difference it's mainly in the skin or makeup products, however any makeup we may put in is very light and fun and not a super mature makeup product. Although nothing comes immediately to mind that we would include that would have nut products in them, I can't guarantee that in the future some beauty product may have a nut oil or be produced in some type of factory that may have cross contamination. In the last 12 months none of our products have had any nut type association, but it would be up to your niece to thoroughly inspect the products she would receive to make sure she's not affected by anything. Hope this answer gives you some clarity.
