Q: I just ordered for my daughter on Jan 17. When should her first box mail out?Asked by Sherry M., January 2023

InJoyBox answered...January 2023

All boxes ship on the 15th of each month. So if you ordered on January 17th, her box will ship on February 15th. If you would like her box to ship on a different date, send us a message and we will be happy to ship at a different time.

Q: Is this box appropriate for a three year old? Some of the items I see in the photo (the deck of cards) are too advanced for a three year old. Asked by Jenny R., January 2023

Thanks for the question. Yes, InJoyBox for kids is intended for children 3-13 years old. Each box is curated depending on the age of the recipient so all items are age appropriate. Just be sure to let us know the age of the recipient on the survey questions.

This box is great. Best I have ever received on cratejoy. Emails are answered quickly and so friendly.. The way it should be. They go out of there way to make things right.
