Well, let me first say, I've never left a review on anything I've purchased online before, never. So, let this be my first.
My husband of 24 years is a bit of redneck, he uses the internet almost exclusively to learn how to fix things, whether it be a car, lawnmower, furnitire, small appliances, large appliances, power tools, you name it, if it's broken, he'll very likely fix it or if it can be repurposed, he's the man for the job.
With that being said, it's not surprising that he's never heard of Cratejoy, let alone monthly subscription box. So when Valentines Day was approaching and I wanted to get him something different that hopefully he'd actually use, I was a bit stumped. Then, I came across Cratejoy and thought I'd take a look around. That's when I found the monthly knife subscription club.
I ordered the advanced subscription for 3 months. I paid in full to take advantage of the best price. Then I was committed. Deep breath I couldn't help but think for a moment, did I make a mistake? Will he even like it? Time will tell, and it did. I contacted customer service to see when the first box would arrive and they replied right away, even though the answer was in their FAQ which I didn't read, oops.
