Q: Hi, is it possible to request a specific gender for the boxes? Will each month be appropriate for someone who is either a widow or widower? Or are these boxes designed with a couple in mind? Asked by Sherry M., December 2021
Hi Sherry!
At checkout there is a short questionnaire where you can tell us if the recipient is male, female, or a couple. You can also let us know about any dietary restrictions. Our box is appropriate for both couples and individuals; we do provide minor customizations for men and women. For example, if a box includes socks, we will have both men's and women's sizes available and will customize according to the information you provide at checkout.
In answer to your other questions, we don't have past boxes available since it can be difficult to keep fresh snacks in stock. If there are specific boxes or items you're interested in, please send us an email and we will be happy to check our inventory.
And yes, shipping...
Q: If I want to buy for Christmas but having it start to send in January can i do that? Asked by Roseanne O., November 2021
Hi Roseanne! You can ensure that your first box will not be sent until January if you wait to purchase until December 11th or later. Once you place your order, please let us know if you would like us to send you a pdf gift certificate to give to your loved one on Christmas day (free of charge). The January box will begin shipping on Tuesday, January 4th. Let us know if you need anything else!

Yes - we will begin shipping December's box on Monday, December 7th, however we will continue to accept orders for December through 12/15. All orders will ship no later than 12/16 via Priority Mail, so they should arrive before Christmas.

Loved the 2bite lemon cakes and the candy coated chocolate covered sunflower seeds. Like t the mess soap holder- maybe a different fragrance would have been more appealing. Liked the puzzle. Have yet to try the lemon tea.

My hubby let me order a three month subscription for my 50th birthday. The first box was perfect as the theme was party themed...FUN! I just opened my second box, November, and I am so thrilled with this subscription. I love that each month I am getting yummy snacks, an activity of some sort, and home decor/useful items etc. After looking back at past boxes on their Instagram, I can see that all of their boxes would have been a perfect fit for me and my likes. (I wish I could go back and buy them all...lol) I will definitely be continuing this subscription. And, the best part is that they accommodate an allergy that I have. I was intrigued by the first box I watched on one of the YouTube channels but after receiving, the box was an umbrella, a pen, puzzle book and a few single snacks. Not worth the extra money that you have to pay with Create Joy. I am sad that I bought this for a year.
