The subscriptions go out on the 12th of every month. If the 12th falls on a Saturday or Sunday the boxes will be sent out on the following Monday.

Disappointed in the only box I received

I was expecting a box every month and since I ordered at the beginning of December, I have only received one box in December. I also thought it would be all coffees and was disappointed to find milk as one of the drinks. Lastly, there are beverages in the box that I enjoyed but they are discontinued and I am not able to purchase more. It's like they were bought on clearance and is the only reason they were included in the box...I wanted to find some good new cold brew options that I could re-order.

Hello Jill,
I greatly apologize for your last months shipment. I have noticed we did miss your January shipment. I can either offer you a refund for that box if that's what you would like or I could extend your subscription an extra month.
Some of the product may not be available nationwide yet as we do produce these products for small upcoming companies.
In our description we don't state that we are a 100% coffee subscription box, we state that the box is a beverage box.
Again, my apologies!

Unfortunately, you didn't subscribe until after our Monthly BevBox had been shipped for the month. Our cut off for new subscriptions is the 15th of each Month and you had subscribed on the 17th. Your first box doesn't ship until around January 15th which is a Saturday - so, it will be shipping out on Monday the 17th.
