Q: I got an email saying a label was created for my order on 2/4/21. There has been no updates saying it has been picked up by fedex or is on its way. Where is my package?Asked by Marleah F., February 2021
This service is horrible. The tracking numbers never lead anywhere. The books take FOREVER to arrive. And it says in their advertisement that they ship via FedEx. Not true.
The shipping description isn't accurate. So i ordered on 2/28 and got my box around the third week of march. It seems like they ship on the 15th of each month and don't update the tracking number. Also it seems they use usps not fedx.
So your having issues with your rider to? My shipping label was created Thursday and I have had no update sense then.

The best time to order a Box for Christmas is on Thursday, December 16th. It will ship Friday, December 17th. Depending on the Carrier and how busy they are, it should make it by Christmas.

I selected the horror box and instead got the thriller box. add claims hardcover books ; that was not the case. First shipment went out within two weeks of ordering. Current shipment has been over a month " being prepared ". Should have regarded the reviews I read before I purchased a 3 months subscription. Buyer beware.

First, the website advertises free shipping but I was charged $9 shipping (and a surprise processing fee)for a 3 month subscription. I contacted the company to ask about this and did not receive a response. The website advertised two hardcover horror books each month. My first box contained a cheap paperback. I wanted to love this subscription but I feel let down. Shipping takes way longer than necessary. I emailed about the e book that’s advertised and they responded after a few days that I have to email them to get the ebook. I’m thinking ok here is my email. Did not hear back for over a week so I emailed again and no response. I am guessing my book for this month should have shipped but we’re 11 days in and I haven’t seen the shipment.

My dad has always loved mystery/ thriller stories in books, movies, TV shows, anything. He has read my whole life but when he was diagnosed with stage four cancer last year he slowed down a lot and reading was a form of escape for him while he was going through chemo and infusions and surgery. I got him this subscription box for Christmas right after we found out last year and he raves about how much he has loved every single book he gets in these boxes. Especially the ones he would never have picked out for himself or stories he didn’t expect to be interested in based on the dust cover description. This subscription box has done a lot more for my dad than just provide the gift of a few stories a month and I’ll always be thankful for the great selection of stories that got him through a difficult time. I highly recommend.
